Exchange Policy

At Eurotrend, returns and refunds are not accepted. We only offer exchanges within 2 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and intimate items cannot be exchanged.

Exchange delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

No exchange if the packaging is opened, torn, or damaged.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately after receiving your order.

No refunds. Exchanges only within 2 days.
